There are lots of ways to make money on Runescape, listed below are just a few of them. (Just make sure you don't fall for any scams which require you to give someone your login details and password otherwise you could find yourself completely cleaned out!)

Lobsters in Karajama:
Get your fishing level 40 and your cooking to level 40 and fish for lobsters in Karajama and keep noting them in the fally bank. Once you have 200 sell them for 250 GP each.

Gems in the Barbarian Village:
Get your mining level up to level 38 by mining iron, etc. Then, go to the Barbarian Village and mine coal from the rocks which you can sell for 100 to 300 GP per piece. You will also occasionally find a gem (from least valuable to most: Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, Diamond) which can be sold for good prices.

Hunt Ice Giants:
Make easy money by killing Ice Giants. They drop up to 600 GP.

Smith Mithril Daggers:
Get your smithing to level 50 and your mining to level 55 and mine mithril and coal then smith mithril daggers which sell for a profit.

Silver Bars in Falador:
Get your smithing level up to 20 then mine silver and smith it into bars and sell the bars to the shop in Falador for money. Or you can smith the silver into a ring mould which Barbarians drop and make silver rings. Mace Store in Falador:
Go to Chaos Temple and Kill monks and take the Steel Maces. Sell them to the Mace Store in Falador for 138 GP. Do this repeatedly to get levels and money quickly.

Varock Guards:
Go to Varock and Kill the level 21 guards there to get skill levels and up to 30 GP.

Silk in Varrok:
Buy silk in the desert for 3 GP then sell it for 30 GP at the clothes shop in varrok.

Bear Fur in Varrok:
In the forest behind Varrock kill bears and they will drop fur. Take the fur to the Varrock marketplace and sell it to the Barek there and he will give you 12 GP for it.

Wizards Tower in Lumbridge Castle:
Go to Lumbridge castle and kill the thieves and guards. When you have killed three go to the wizards tower and in the basement in one of the corners will be 1 k

Bananas in Karamja:
At Port Salim and ask the men in blue to take a ship to Karamja. Then go to the first house you see on the right. Talk to the man in black clothes. He will ask you to do a job. Get 10 bananas and put them in the crate to get 30 GP. Keep doing this to get a lot of money.

Accuracy Amulets, the reward for finishing the "Imp Catcher" quest, are now discontinued items. This means that there is a limited number of them that exist, or can exist.

The reason for this is because no new accounts can be made on Runescape Classic. The quest can only be done once per player, meaning the reward can only be collected once. This means that there is a limited supply of them in the game.

A good piece of advise is to do the quest if you haven't yet, get the Amulet as a reward, and wait until the Amulets raise in price. Then, sell them to another player and get rich.

To do this you'll need to have beat Rune Mysteries and you need a pickaxe and air talisman or tiara. Go to world 16 and mine 25 rune essence. Bring it to the air altar (un-noted). Trade people who say "Open" unless they say "Open airs". Trade your ess to the people and they'll give you 25 noted ess and 2k. Go to the south Falador bank to un-note the ess. You'll get SO much money!

Go to the hill gaints wicth are near the barbarian village when you get near the village follow the river on the right side then you will see a room on your map then go there and then go inside the room (only if you have a brass key)

In the barbarian place you will find a hole in the middle of the mining spot climb down that hole into the stronghold go through the doors that ask you questions and go through them you will get 2k or more, and those rainbow shoes or battle boots on all of the levels.

P.S. You is advised you be level 25 to 35 to try not to die.

Do almost all the quest then (must have at least 32 or 33 quest points) go to the champions guild and buy stuff like a blue cape, rune longsword, rune sword, or green dragon hide chaps. (And there is other stuff to)

Get your fishing to lvl 50. Then go to whereveryou can harpoon swordfish.

Catch 28 swordfish.tThen find a bank to put them in. Then catch as much as you want, then go sell them at a store.

This is easy but time wasting.be in lumbridge and have a pickaxe a hammer and empty space in your inventory. Go to the mines under lumbridge and mine and/or go east from there to mine others. Smelt the ore and go to a anvil. Make armor helmets weapons and sell them 1 gp lower than the generel store sell them.

Ok well, the best way to make money in runescape to my opinion is to fish. Get to lvl 45 fishing and go fish lobsters in Karamja. Catch like 100 lobbys a day and then sell them when you get to 1k of them. Sell them for 250k (no lower) and there you go. 250k in your wallet. I do this repeatedly for easy money. To get leveled up easy just kill cows. Then hill giants. I got to level 50 and got 24k killing them.

Get your smithing high enough so you can make iron chainmail.

Then go to varrock to smith it in the place were the guy buys and sells armour.sell it the guy. it will buy for like 130gp .

You can keep doing this and you will get a lot of money.

Ok heres a hint I picked up to get big munee and if you are a mage runes ok in about lv 15 of the wildy from edgeville go like northwestish until you see a castle you should try and find a world without people in your atk range. (me and my pal flip flop worlds alot doing this)but go up a ladder and go north and then go down the ladder bad thing is it's broken so you can't go back up and then there will be the basic runes and chaos runes and there is lv 8 black knights but they are pretty strong devils and they tend to drop blk items somrtimes(and the chaos sell for 100g ea. But my pal snake somethin buys em for 200 ea(lol)and then you can pk for munee the best place is in by the ice giants or killin lesser demons in karjaman island dungeon (im lv 36 and I do it ) and if you want more help I'm user hellboy1147 my pal is jefflinn965 but ill help he migh t there you go.

Get your fishing level to 35. Get 60 gold coins and a harpoon and fish some tuna
In karamja. When you are full of Tuna go to the general store of Falador. Keep doing this and then you will have a ton of money. While you are doing this you can cook the tuna and when you get level 40 cooking and fishing, cook and fish lobster and go to the edge of the wilderness north of Varrock and sell your lobsters for 25gp each (25gp each is an example you could raise the prise but don't make it too much money or you will loose costomers).

To get money and armour get you're magic up tae 33 and cast teligrab at ANYTHING you can't reach mabye money at bank vaults like rings and also in the musem and other places theres rune and steel armour enjoy!!!!!

Look if you really want good money and stuff first train up to atleast level 40.

We'll if you are level 40 carry some good food but if you are 50+ no need to worry.

Now first try to get a brass key.If you can't buy one go to edgesville and search for a pothole that leads to sewers.Now find your way through(cant remember the way) Until you find a minning place--

Where hobgoblins are.Leave the minning place and you should see zombies and there a kinda room.Go in theres a brass key spwan.Now keep that brass key and start killing hill giants.They drop good stuff(runes,iron stuff,money,steel swords,limpurt roots,etc).*If it's to hard to get a brass key

Contact shadowx7770 and i'll get you a brass key.
Keep killing Hill giants and you will get big bones and keep burying them.After you have trained to atleast 60 go to varrock bank(east I guess).

Then head north and search for a pothole.Now when you're inside take the middleway and head foward.Keep following the way until you see red spiders.Now go ahead there are moss giants.Now these moss giants are good training but fight back like hell.

So you will need powerful food.
This one good way of training,getting money and getting prayer xp.

After you complete Death to the Dorgeshuun go into the HAM (humans against monsters there one funny thing there hideout has a picture of a ham on it) store rooms in there pick pocket the guards until you hav 1/3 or 1/2 keys drop anything else you get.
You might be thinking "are these for the doors" or "the chests do they hav 1k in them" open the chest and you get 0 to 800gp if your unlucky if your lucky you'll get dimond stuff if it's in between you get ruby sapphire or other jewelry sell those at port sarim for about 6-15k then sell the gems at falador repeat the process until you have your disired money. (dragon dagger (p).)

This is for members ONLY.(you can do it as a non-member but you need to bake all the cakes.)
For members:
1. Get your thieving high enough to steal from the baker stall at aroudouge.(you don't have to be that high of a thieving lvl to do it)
2. Steal from there and you'll get either a cake, a slice of chocolate cake, or a loaf of bread. Keep stealling from it. Toss all the bread you get and keep the cake and chocolate cake because they are better than bread.
3. Do this until your inventory is full of cakes and chocolate slices.
4. Go to the bank south-west of the maket where the stalls are.(you'll already be there.)
5. Deposit all the cakes and slices you have into your bank.
6. Repeat steps 2-5 untill you have at least 100, or more, cakes.(you don't have to get 100 chocolate slices because it takes too long.)
7. You should have around half (depending on how many you get)as many chocolate slices as you do cakes.
8. Teleport(or walk)to varrock.
9. Go to the east bank and withdraw all your cakes and slices in notes.
10. Go up the path to the slightly west almost directly north from the bank.
11. Go up until you find a group of people fighting at the edge of the wilderness.
12. Stop right before you enter the wilderness and say " Selling food!" and people will come and buy cake.THE PEOPLE ARE FIGHTING, REMEMBER!! That means they will need food! And since cakes give so much HP, people will buy alot of them. And also, people usually don't bring money to the wilderness so they might pay with something else!(e.g. Runes, armor, wepons, arrows, etc.) One time I did this and made about 7k in 5-10 minutes! That was only about 50-60 cakes and a few chocolate slices! I gave this one guy about 26 chicken at that area and he gave me around 20 laws!!!!!!!!!! Ya, really!!!! But I probbaly just got lucky with that one so don't get your hope's up.

I started in the cave in the barbarian village, I started to collect iron arrows, I sold them to ppl for 5 each. Then I started to get more and sell them to the general store,trust me dont sell them at the general store, so I sold them at the archery shop for 4 gp each. I sold like 567 of them for like 2268gp!! It was cool Then I collected more. Lol

Im raven0909 on runescape, ill be wearing a frog head usually found in world 43, 3, 1, or 72, and 102. Mostly 43. I am lvl 48, defence 35, attack 42, strenght 38 and health 40. total lvl like 318 I think.

If you go down the cave in the barbarian village, you'll have a task, not a quest. It's optional but very wealthy. You must survive through it intill you breach a treasure chest. You'll be awarded 2k and a flap emote as well.

Getting random events takes time. Do somthing over and over again (e.g)kill lots and lots of goblins and a man/lady will come up to you and say somthing to you like here you go ............, it's all yours and dissapear.

Go to the Varrock sewers then go to the middle way then just go straight ahead you will pass by lvl 6 giant rats,Skelatons and ghosts you will see a ladder to go up then you will see money around and a bear kill the bear and get the coins that respawn there then sell the furs on the varrock fountain there will be someone who is buying and selling furs

A good way to make money is to use the adaminite axe, or the rune axe. Becuase you get logs faster. Anyways get up to 500 - 550 logs in a bank, withdraw as note and sell them all in the general store. You'll get up to 2000 - 2150 coins. I do it!


you can probably find me ( raven0909 ) in worlds 102, 33, 43, or 5.

I've been on Runescape for a while now and vets know NOT TO SEND YOUR USER INFORMATION AND PASSWORD TO ANYONE. It's common sense. You can't distinguish the people who don't steal and the people who do. Also, after testing the Runescape code where you say the code in wizards tower, I tested it on all floors of the wizards tower and nothing changed. Either not enough information was given, or it's a bogus code. Either way, nothing happened. Remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Play on Gamers

On Karamja island wen you are picking bannaners for Luthas got to the local store and pick up the rope that resporns and sell it to the store for an easy 7gp, it's not much but it's better then nothing so yeh.

Hi, for this you need to b a member and have a theiving skill of I tink 35 or more ( maybe 38, can't remember ) once ure that theiving lvl, go to Ardougne in the members only part of runescape, and go into the market with nothing in ure inventory.

Go to the fur stall and steal the nite away, insted of getting the normal common old run of the mill bear fur, you will always get grey wolf fur, keep doin that till you have like a thousand, ( there is a bank very near the stall, deposit all the fur there ) and go to varrock, either teleport or pures can walk there.

Which ever you want to do, and go to that fur guy, talk to him and ask him if he wants to buy your grey wolf fur, he will say summat like GREY WOLF FUR, now ure talking, and he will buy ure grey fur, go to the west bank in varrock, get another inventory of fur out and do the same, repeating the process wen nesesscary. Guaranteed to work.

I got over 20k by sellin bout 169 of those little grey beauties, It doesn't take long either. You cud make 120k by sellin 1k of em. Happy Money Makin

Hi again, just so you no this isn't another 1 of my helpful warnings, ONLY players who are AT LEAST lvl 40 in both cooking and fishing will be able 2 du this, so those lvl 40's listen up, first, get a lobster pot if you don't already hav 1, dun that? Good, now go to a place were you can fish for lobsters ( lobbies in runescape, or lobs ) thats quite near a bank.

I recommend being a member for this coz the best place to fish 4 lobbies thats near a bank is the FIRST village that you come to after crossing wite wolf mountain, otherwise it'll b very hard to try and find a non members place like that. Fish bout 300-1000 lobbies.

Cook half ov them, this is were cookin comes in, lvl 40 cooking and abuv can cook lobbies, leave the other half raw, it don't matter bout the burnt ones, jus drop em. Next go 2 egeville, north of the barbarian village, west of varrock, rite to the edge of the wildy ( wilderness ).

And say sellin cooked lobbies, 250gp ea ( ea meaning each ), and because lobbies help to regain a LOT of health, then PKers ( player killers ) will flock to you like a herd of lost sheep, lost rich sheep, you'll be outa cooked lobbies in no time, but you'll be very rich, if you chose to catch 1000 lobbies, and cooked half, including the burnt ones you cud make 125k (125,000(125 thousand)onehundred and twentyfive thousand) in bout 5-10 mins, after that you can either decide to cook the rest of the lobbies and do the same thing or sell raw lobbies for 350gp ea to players who want there cooking lvl up.

P.S. Raw lobbies sell for more but they sell a lot slower, where as cooked ones sell for less but sell much quicker, you cud become a multibillionare in no time at all, which means you can get that full dragon you've all ways dreamed of owning!

If you want lots of money and don't have enough money for that shiny rune plate everyone has,then listen!!Go to Falador.If you have enough crafting to make gold jewelry and enough smithing and mineing to smith and mine gold,then go south or go west of Port Sarim.There will be a mineing site where you can mine gold,clay,copper,tin,and iron.mine the gold until you loaded with gold ore.Then smelt it into bars.If you can make jewelry thet has jewels in it there is a jewelry store in Falador.You can make 20,000 coins in one week!!

And put your attack style to aggresisve mode and kill Giant Rats.
Keep fighting Giant Rats until your strength level 3. Then use
Accurate mode until your attack level 3. Now put it in

Complete rune mysteries quest in either free server or member server. After that you have the ability to go to the rune essence mine so get a pickaxe. Go to rune essence mine, the Varrock Rune Shop has a bank nearby. Teleport. Mine essence till full.

Go to portal. Go to bank deposit essence. Repeat. You now have enough essence to sell them 10K= 500 RUNE ESSNECE, 20K= 1K Rune Essence, 30K= 1.5K Rune Essence.
